lost the login PW then reset it ,using button marked the same on router. held for 10 seconds and released the login admin name and pw are reset to new factory state. asus.com RTM read the manual there.

old P5 mobo G41, Asus has super good support as does Gigabyte so the GTS fails in BIOS too? what happens not told at all. BIOS screens are first. and set BIOS to PCI GPU mode. do not use UEFI at all. or TPM ever. not overclocking , RIGHT? the card uses chip 450 made in , September 13, 2010 so is 12 years old. and will work on any old PC, before year 2012 fails on class 3,UEFI new PCs sure. but yours is not the GPU uses 106watts of power and the rear power jack called +12vPCI , is not connected to the PSU the card WILL FAIL for the lack of AUX power to that jack on rear of card GPU. 6Pin or 8. 2010 gpu in 2008 mobo is not ever hard to do ,but not resetting bios page 1. is never good , doing all this , reset bios defaults, nor hot swapping the card with AC power connected to the wall. the old P5 is only one, X16 slot so no errors there. possible 1 slot. . so you flashed the GTS to ***** why in the world flash any gpu card.? (panic?)_ looking to brick it? wow flashed the mobo and gpu card, now that is brave. why think flashing is the holy grail of PC service, it is not it is basics, most errors like this are basics.(wrong) power is first not last , 106 watts is 31 watts too much for any PCI-e slot and some PC the silly slot is under rated... making AUX 2 times more important. Corsair CX450 not 450m modular? the 450 has those old lame now 4pin molex PATA drive power cables for year 2001 PC, why us this dog.? and not modern PSU. yes the cx has PCI-Express Connector 1 x 6+2-Pin and EVGA has like 25 models of 400watt PSU. so can not read your manual on it to see if it has this key cable PCI-Express Connector 1 x 6+2-Pin see left jack 8 and 6 , the GPU needs 1 or the other OR WILL FAIL. power is first, no flashing any bios. I call them GPU AUX power, and are not optional ever if seen on the card. other cause of failure for sure bios menus dead in mobo are they? 1: that 12 year old mobo coin cell is NO GOOD that be first./first 1b:above power cable not connected. to GPU. 2: turn off all UEFI features in MOBO this card is not UEFI certified. 3: reset mobo bios in bois page one. 4: never turn on TPM in bios. 5: do not use bios secure boot. 6: set time and date in bios 7: never hot swap any parts inside this PC, (ac cord pulled from wall first) 8: flashed it and bricked like millions did this year, why?

any manual will be at SONY, this mobo is a contract made. Asus, to sony, and made to SONY SPEC. one poster said from my SONY vaio pcv-rs346. (and is) no service manuals sorry or gee ask SONY. what you do is plug in the front panel connector. it is keyed but you lost the front panel assembly didn't you.? why play P4 relics, 99% are in the landfill. it is possible that asus used there standard(internal) wiring here and only changed like 3 times in 20 years. 2003 made PC, it is, a true fossil. or ask the bad boy that sold it to you. did you also lose the sony VAIO PC casing? sorry i can't see it to know know what's UP DOC. here it is sold just like this, rs346 the panel has 6 , cables and are not documented they simply plug in. (lost this did you? ) use the word lost or? this is the real part, had to search very old sales transactions. but there it is in all its relic glory. worth exactly zero.$

HDD never replaced? or upgraded to SSD.? no recovery DVD or lost it day 1, to now. no upgrade DVD ? the manual has chapter called RECOVERY this tells now to reload windows. 1 to 3 ways. and is optional on OS image recovery. no PC told at all , just ASUS word. so go to asus.com find your model # in support see your support page read the manual RTM read chapter "recovery" how to reload windoz

dry it out , put in hot attic , and hope it dries out. PC are not water proof at all. water kills the electronics, but if dried out can work (water) spilled what, coffee, tell that was spilled. Worst is COLA , drinks with 6 teaspoons of sugar per can. nasty. push power button for 10 full seconds and release, if fail remove old bad now USeLESS huge battery now and then with AC power pack push power for 10seconds, release. work now?

a free, dead PC, EE box. hold the power button for 10 full seconds to do a forced COLD boot. if still dead the PSU may be bad.(inside) or parts inside shorted out. causes PSU to be dead,(overloaded)
