We receive more complaints on that telescope than just about any other. Many people post the same problem -- unable to focus. Take it back to where you bought it, and never buy that brand again.

All astronomical telescopes show the image upside down. It's tradition and there is a good technical reason for this, but you can get an "erecting prism" to make the image upright. This does not have to come from Edu-Science if your eyepieces are the standard size (1.25 inch outside diameter). If you search Amazon or eBay for "erecting prism" you will find a few available. You probably won't want to pay the prices though.

Sorry no parts for this telescope which is being sold by Toys R Us.
This is one of the worst telescopes you could have purchased. Plastic
eyepieces and a plastic focuser! We receive many complaints about not
being able to focus, and breaking very quickly. Sorry.
Try again--- next time get one of these which is the best value in amateur astronomy.

I would be surprised if ToysRus told you to contact FixYa. This is an advice site largely manned by volunteers, with no connection to ToysRus or Edu-Science. I would suggest that you contact Edu-Science to get the missing CD, or insist that ToysRus refund for the defective (missing parts) item they have sold you.

We receive more complaints on this scope than any other brand. You never said which model you own? Is it a refractor or a reflector style???
Read this page and look at the pictures. Notice a refractor has a lens in the front and the eyepiece in the back.
The reflector has MIRRORS and the focuser end is on the UP end of the telescope-- the mirror is the BOTTOM of the telescope.

You cannot get a manual for that small telescope being sold by Toys R Us.
The manual would only have assembly instructions it will NOT tell you how to use the scope to see objects in the night sky.

You never told us which model scope you have?
However-- put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the focuser. Practice focusing on a distant object during the day time. Turn the knob slowly in each direction until you get a sharp image in the eyepiece. Just as you would do with an old film style camera.
