Module ok beep
You need to change the Simon3 backup battery. You have your monitoring done with an alarm.commodule which runs directly off the battery. Call your monitoring company and tell them to send youa newbattery. They cannot be monitoring it properly if you are getting that error message. If they don't want to replace the battery cancel your monitoring (you don't have any, why pay for it?)

Alarm going off-says front door problem, but front
If your front door is using a wireless transmitter then the problem is most likely a mis-aligned contact. Most alarm installers will install the transmitter with built in contact on the door molding and a small magnet on the door itself. There is generally an alignment mark on the transmitter case so you know where to place the magnet. The magnet should never be placed more than 1/2 inch away from the transmitter. Be sure the alignment is correct as well as within the spacing requirements. If this was done properly another possibility is either a defective contact or in some cases a loose fitting door with excessive free play could also be causing you a problem. Make sure the door is tight when closed. If your door contact/transmitter is of a different design such as an external contact wired to the transmitter let me know the specifics (type of contact ie., hidden press fit, plunger, surface mount) and I'll give you additional information regarding what to look for. I have over 30 years experience in the alarm business and am sure I can help you.
