IF YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT THE ROLLER ON THE DOOR - THE TRACK IS TOO WIDE ALLOWING THE ROLLER TO COME OUT. USE THE CLAW END OF A HAMMER TAP THE TRACK MOUNTING BRACKET AT THE WALL TO MOVE THE TRACK IN CLOSER TO THE EDGE OF THE DOOR

THE POLARITY OF THE WIRES TO THE WALL BUTTON MAY BE REVERSED.

Try the programation with the central control of de wall hold light boton then press de open botton (dont un unpress the light botton. Then put the control about 2 inch of the main control until its open or close the garage door. Let me now if it work. regards

New door openers have a different radio frequency than the old models. This is most likely your problem and you will need to buy the keypad that is compatible with the new opener.

Anytime a door opens and/or closes randomly or doesn’t work consistently I look for a smashed wire between the motor unit and the wall button.

If the wire is smashed the insulation becomes so thin that power will leak thru the insulation and activate the door or interfere with the remote signal.

Loosen the staples with a small screwdriver and slide the wire about ½ inch to move any areas of thin insulation away from the staples.

The second thing would be a bad wall button or a remote with a sticking button.
Or a remote in someone’s purse that gets the button pushed by other stuff in the purse.

The test is to disconnect the push button wires at the power unit. If the self operation / interference stops you have located the problem. If you reconnect the wires and disconnect the wire at the wall button this will tell you if the problem is the wire or the button.

Replacing springs can be very dangerous. I suggest you call someone from a garage door company to do that for you.

UNPLUG THE UNIT AND WAIT 5 MIN.
WHEN YOU PLUG IT BACK IN CLAER ALL CODES BY HOLDING DOWN THE PROGRAM BUTTON FOR 20 SECONDS.
NOW TRY TO PROGRAM EACH REMOTE AND KEYPAD - IF THERE IS STILL A PROBLEM CHANGE THE BATTERIES AND REPEAT THIS PROCEDURE.

Get a roller with a long stem. Then open door fully and clamp open. take off cable. unbolt botton bracket, insert roller into it and track, rebolt, reattach calble, that is it.

thoroughly check all the connections. temp changes might effect connectors.

The little button with a padlock on the wall control is a "vacation" lockout feature that disables the remotes. There should be a small LED on the wall control that is always on steady. When the padlock button is pressed and released the LED should be constantly blinking (indicating the vacation lockout mode is active) and your remotes should be disabled. The wall control will still operate the door. Pushing the padlock button again should make the LED stop blinking and restore the door to normal operation.
