is it brushless? if it has brushes make sure they move freely in their box otherwise the motor isn't getting power. if it's brushless either there's a connection problem with the smaller battery wires telling the saw each cells voltage or the motor controller is bad.

use a oem replacement power cord, remove one wire at and make a drawing of location or take a picture connect the wires back in the proper position. If the charger is not working the input lines must be check for continuity on the both the lines, preferable one wire might be damaged hence it is not giving supply to transformer.....
