I had the same problem. Bought a CIT300 off ebay. Cisco/Linksys no longer provide drivers for this device. I'm running Windows 7. I downloaded a driver from Softpedia, says it is from Microsoft dated 7/12/13 version 6.1.7601.18208. It solved my problems. Hope this helps.

Please follow the instructions below to set the unit to English

When powering the phone on select a language such as German.
in the German menus select menu
select display
select language
English will now be available to select.

Make sure to use the driver for Vista here

* Just look for CIT300 and download the 32bit driver.
* Make sure to uninstall the previous installation you did.
* Unzip the download file
* Run the setup_web CIT300.exe file and just follow the installation instructions.

use you Internet Explorer and browse into the quad that is marked on the bottom of the phone unit which should be something like 192.168.1.40 or something like that and go into the config and you should find the number there but it might be somewhere else as I have not had this type of phone I don't know where else to look.

Unplug the power cables of the router and the range extender for 30 seconds. Plug in the router first. Wait for all the lights to be stable then plug in the range extender. Your range extender should now be in synchronized with your router.

This seems to be a symptom of a configuration error, which can be fixed by resetting the router to factory default. Do this by finding the (often partially hidden) reset button on the device, and pressing and holding down the button, with the power on, till lights start flashing on the router.
