There is usually a tube next to the drum that has a sensor on it and that tube fills with water. It can get plugged up with softener or debris and then the machine wont be able to tell when it is full. To get to the tube, you must remove the tope of the machine.

You mean the clothes are still damp, (not dried enough) or that are as wet or wetter than you put them in? Bad dryer sensor for the former, broken water inlet valve or heater element failure for the latter.
With combined washers and dryers, there are so many things that can go wrong due to the number of sensors involved. You will need a service call from an LG technician.

Hi, I purchased the same machine. My repair man speaks about the mother board. I would like to purchase it on line, since where I live there aren't any available. How can I find the exact part that I need for this model?

There is not a lot of info on the unit. Tip it up and see if there is an open bottom to access the drain and pump. If not then the top pops off, be careful not to damage the paint. Then you remove the screws that hold the front on and you should be able to get to the pump

Sounds like you should buy a water filter to put in your house or wherever line to filter the water. it can be a cheap one with just a cheap paper filter to keep out any sand or settlement especially if you are on a well oh sounds like the valves are getting dirty inside and not closing completely because of debris in the valve.
When you do hear your LG washing machine making a loud banging type of noise on the spin cycle it could be caused by overloading or a loud that is unbalanced Or the bearing has worn out and needs replacement.
Look for a circuit breaker that has tripped Reset the breaker then by turning off your washing machine for a few minutes if it still is not working either the power cord is broken or the control panel is no longer working on the washer and needs to be repaired.
It is a good job I can decipher abbreviations. They don't work well on this site. Please always spell in full Maria.
