Charge problems are an issue that is common with ALL tablets. On mine I had to completely back up all my data to an SD card or you can use the cloud if you want. Do this first while it's hooked to a source of power via your usb cord. Next locate the menu option to do a factory reset. This will warn you about deleting all your data. (you've backed it up so... ) proceed. Restart your tablet. Now locate in your menu system the anything that will allow you to disable your manufacturer's graphic user interface and software. restart again. Your tablet will appear different... that's the REAL android interface. Plug your charger in, see if your little battery symbol shows a lightening bolt. Leave it sit for a while and check to see if you have progress. If you are charging, good! If not, your only recourse is to do a hard factory reset. I'm sorry but I do not know how to do that with your model. FYI, it very well could have been one of your apps that caused this issue as well as the GUI from the manufacturer. Make sure you get a virus checker, and other security software to protect you. Good luck

It sounds as if the giro control has become faulty. If the unit has been dropped or bumped against something, it could have damaged the free movement and mis-alligned the set points for the giro. Best Wishes
