It's tough to tell but, looking at the repair manual and replacement parts sheet (both available on line at LG), it looksl ike the Room Temperature sensor is PartSelect Number PS3529165 at location 610D; that is, it looks like it's inside the plastic cover over the top left refrigerator door hinge. Check your drain on the back of the fridge it's blocked causing an overflow
