Hi
Thanks for using FixYa. LE' error message indicates the control board has detected that the motor is either not turning, or has locked up for some reason. Monitoring the motor is the job of the Hall Effect sensor board which constantly determines the direction and speed of the motor and feeds that information back to the control board. If there is a problem between what the motor should be doing and what the hall effect sensor says the motor is doing, the 'LE' will be displayed and the cycle will be stopped. The hall sensor is rather easy to replace, and is covered by a seven year part warranty (in US). It only takes around half hour to replace it with a new one. Take the back cover off. Take the big nut off and remove the motor rotor. Remove the bolts holding the motor windings. Remove the electric plug on the sensor and unclip it from the motor winding. Please rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
Thanks

Clothes smell like mold
The first thing to do is to CHECK IN AND AROUND THE RUBBER DOOR BOOT (called a bellow) for small articles of clothing (like socks and underwear) that may have gotten lodged in behind the rubber. Pull the rubber back where it meets the wash tub and look behind it. It is common for small items to get stuck here, become forgotten and start to mildew. You should check this area after each wash and clean it periodically to get rid of the formation of soap scum, mold, and mildew. HINT: When you get ready to wash a load of towels, take a dirty towel and clean the door boot thoroughly (including the areas behind the rubber). Immediately place the towel in the wash and run it on a sanitary cycle. This way you eliminate the need for cleaning rags.
PERIODICALLY RUN THE WASHER ON A CLEANING CYCLE. Place the washer on the hottest setting you have (usually a Sanitary cycle) with nothing but bleach in the wash tub. Some newer models actually have a “Clean Cycle” available now just for this purpose. This helps keep the wash tub, drain lines and pump sanitized.
CHECK AND CLEAN THE DRAIN PUMP FILTER. Accumulations of debris in the drain pump filter can also cause odors. HINT: If you own a shop vac, pull the drain hose from the standpipe at the wall and pull a vacuum on the line. This will drain any residual water left in the tub, pump and drain lines BEFORE you remove the drain pump cover. This will prevent a messy clean up later.
LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN IF POSSIBLE. When not in use, leave the door open to allow the tub to air out and to keep mold and mildew from forming on the door bellow. I know this may not be desirable in some households with small children. If too much mildew forms on the rubber and it cannot be removed, replacement of the bellow may be required.
NOTE: This problem is common with front loader style washing machines. The doors on these machines have an air tight/water tight seal that is great for sealing the washer during the wash cycle, but can be terrible for collecting small garments and for not allowing the tub to properly air out when not in use. Following these simple preventive measures can go a long way towards preventing harmful mold and mildew, and towards extending the life of the door bellow and pump.

READING A CODE OF OE WAT DOES THIS MEAN?
The LG error code OE simply means “the pump is blocked”. Presumably the water isn’t being emptied properly. As with all error codes it is possible that there is a cause other than the exact description in the error code explanation but basically this error means as far as the washing machine is concerned it thinks the water isn’t pumping out. A pump, or filter blockage is the most common cause but it could be caused by other faults such as a faulty pump, or even a blockage in the drain hose or somewhere else in the system etc.
LG themselves have some information on this error code

Rear bearing is going out (very loud on spin).
rear bearing is generally included with the rear outer drum ***'y. seals and bearings are already pressed into it. it will require much disassembly of machine. hopefully, the motor rotor/stator/drum spider shaft is not damaged too.
Code le
more than likely it's a defective motor hall sensor. it's attached underneath the motor stator (winding). part is approx $30. of course, try unplugging machine to see if it's just a glitch in the software. it may reset itself.
Washer shakes when spining. More on heavier loads.
shaking is generally due to inadequate floor structure under machine; i.e. plywood floor. in addition, if the washer is on a "pedistal" it will make matters worse; as the center of gravity is away from the floor. in rare cases, one of the drum "struts" can fall apart; and, cause excessive shaking. if you broke the locknut on one of the legs, unscrew the leg, and bring it to the hardware store for a replacement nut.
When I turn the washer it goes in the load sensing
sounds like soap dispenser motor is stalling and or jammed. if you take the top off machine and look at soap dispensor reservoir there is a little motor there this will have a long arm shaped like an arrow that poins to number imprinted on the soap dispensor. check that if its stalling replace it gtg.
Display says error
I have give the same solution in other post, here it is :
usually problem with semi auto washing machine is on the sensors , exactly in the water level sensor, please check the hose that connected to water level sensor, make sure no dirt blocking or clogging the hose. also you can clean the tube under the pulsator, usually there is many dirt blocking the hose line.
the problem is in the hose leading to the water level sensor, if there is no dirt and looks normal, water level sensor must be replaced
Water keeeps running
Hi,
"FE" means Fill Error. If you unplug the machine and it still fills, and the only way to stop the filling is to turn off the valves supplying the water to the fill hose(s), then you need to replace a fill valve. It is best to figure out which one by turning one off at a time while the machine is in that FE condition. There is aseparatehot and cold valve. (they are the part that the hose screws onto on the machine.)To replace valve, cover comes off machine by removing two screws at the back of the top. (not the two which go into the top, the ones just below them) Then, standing in front of the machine, use the palms of your hands to give the top a sharp push to the rear to slide the top back about two inches. Then lift the top off.
Thank you !!
