Can i get a service
Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount. During the process you will be asked for the actual model number! You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct.
If this has assisted you please score accordingly.
Thanks and good luck!

LG WM0642HW smells bad. We leave the door open
There have been lot's of reports of moldy door seals. Check your door seal at the bottom to see if it is holding water and not draining properly. Dry and clean with a bleach solution is it is. Front loaders don't always drain completely. WHen you start a new cycle the first thing they do is purge any water left from the previous one. This also causes a mold issue. Easiest solution is to do a stain cycle with presoak and add 2 cups of bleach to kill the mold. Obviously no clothes! Good luck!
Why do the clothes come out of the washer hot even
1 You may use a program with pre-drier ...
2 the program uses hot water for rinsing ...
3 the machine has a malfunction and the heater remain in function during the hole process ...
To check these try to use other programs ..and see if they came out the same ..in this case you know that there is something wrong with the heater ..and you have it checked and repaired ..cause the heater working all the time is a big power consumer ..
Code 0E
That is actually a "DE" code, which stands for Drain Error. Open the access door at the bottom left on front of the machine. Use the small hose there to drain the last of the water out of the machine. Open the bigger knob in there and pull out the attached filter and clean out the filter. If there was nothing in the filter, replace the pump motor.
The machine won't spin.how do I fix it
There are a few things that you can check. If you have the locking lid, it may be that switch that locks the lid. It could be your drive belt or the spin bearing or the basket drive not working. Your clutch may be slippping as well. You need a manual to work on it. If you need one, try this site. It could be anyone of them.

Front Loading LG Washing Machine leaves smelly sludge in wash tub
This machine has a tub clean feature that you're supposed to run with bleach. I did this and it helped the smell s bit. Recently we had an error code and the repair man that came to fix it gave me some good tips. His experience has been that the smell is from too much soap causing build up in the seal and along the tub. His suggestion was to cut back on the amount of he detergent (he said a tablespoon is sufficient). His company recommends using a product called Whirlout (you can buy it at Home Depot). It was originally meant to clean scum out of hot tub jets. Apparently if you call LG they will recommend this product, but haven't bothered to suggest it in the owner's manual. I was told to put one to two capfuls directly into the tub (not the detergent bay) and run the tub clean cycle. I used it last night and it worked - no more musty, yucky smell!
There is a code that reads L.E.
This means you need to call for service. Let me save you the trouble. Just unplug the unit for 15-20 minutes and it will reset itself and all in the world will be fine again.
I have some sort of wet guck in the gasket. It
Hi
Try using bleach with hot water, run a cycle with hot water and bleach. Or spray bleach +water mixture on the seal. Run a cleaning cycle with hot water and bleach or vinegar at least once a month to reduce the growth of mold in other parts of the washer. You can also try using 1/2 a cup of Washing Soda or 4 cups of baking soda Crystals and run the machine with no clothes in it. This would remove all the debris, lint & mold growth from the drain pump and drain filter. This would clean the mold from the door seal as well. Hope this helps... Please post back for more information

Leaking water at the bottom of the washer
Pull the back cover off and examine with a flashlight during fill or during the cycle. BE CAREFUL, there are moving parts. The drain boot which is connected to the bottom of the tub is real thing and very cheaply made. There could be a hole in it - which I've found numerous times.
