The F21 code on the Maytag EPIC is telling you there is a pump problem.
The pump impellers should be checked. There should be four of them.
Sometimes the impeller blades can be broken by coins, etc.
Make sure that the pump is clear of debris, to do this:
Remove the discharge hose, and blow through it.
If after clearing of water, the hose doesn't blow free and clear, you have something stuck in there.
You will need to clear the pump of the item that is stuck inside.

Good Day, Your washing machine is fully automatic? the washing cycle is normal? if yes do the same maybe it will help you. for the fully automatic washing machine mostly have drain pump, please check the filter of your drain pump, how? remove the cup of your drain pump like a ordinary cup, screw it clock wise or counter clock wise. Remove drain pump filter and clean it, some hair pins, cotton buds or coins or any small item that coz of clog up. if your washing machine dont have drain pump ,but fully automatic check the drain motor if running or not? how? open the back cover for top loader washing machine only, select spin cycle and press start to see the drain motor running? the drain motor is like a small box with small wire to pull the lever of the drain to remove water inside, if the motor running or pull the lever of the water pipe but water still inside the washing machine, remove the drain cup or cover and clean it or check if have coin or cloth inside that coz of clog or water stuck, if the drain pump or drain motor is weak this is will cause and long time draining or totally not running the drain pump or drain motor and its cause of totally stop the cycle of washing machine in rinse time or spin time, because all fully automatic washing machine, after washing cycle the drain pump or drain motor must be on, to remove water before start the next cycle. rinse or spin cycle.

Possible that there is problem with the power supply to your main board unit, It is possible that the DC converter is having a low regulation and so when the start is pressed on there is a drain on the power resulting in the panel showing a DIM. Check the motor, remove power and check for overload to motor and inlet and drain pump

for the machine to work you have to have power and water pressure coming into the machine. if the machine doesn't fill with water you may have a bad water supply valve. this is located where you attach the hoses to the back of the machine. Cheers Denny

Change interface control stuck buttin

Remove the front bottom panel. Should be three 1/4" screws on bottom lip of panel. See if you can tell where leak originated. Chances are good you just need to pop the cap off the drain pump and clean it out. Here is a vid that explains the procedure.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iLftnaruKp8

The drain filter is located in the pump behind front bottom panel. Disconnect power and remove the three screws attaching the lower front access panel to the cabinet then pull the panel down and off the cabinet. You can prop up the bottom front edge of the washer or cushion and lean it against the wall to access and remove the screws more easily. Once the panel is off, remove the filter by turning the knob counterclockwise. Clean the filter from any debris that prevents water from draining out properly.
