Check connectors on motor assembly they can become loose due to the high speed and vibration. Motor and drum are tied together. I had similiar problem with mine after spending a few hundred on a control board which made no difference.

Almost certainly it's the fuseable link in the rear of the dryer. It's about a $15 part, and very easy to check and change. If you take the rear cover off its a small white part with two wits of the same color connected to it, and it's on the blower housing. It should have continuity if you check it. Make sure that you disconnect one of the series to get an accurate reading of continuity. If it doesn't have continuity, it needs to be replaced. Brand new belt and no other symptoms; my bet is the motor brushes. You will have to remove the motor to check this. there are 2 holders for the spring-loaded brush. I am guessing they are worn down and just stopped touching. It's a "silent failure" with no real symptoms except is doesn't move.

Not sure if this will work with this model but try this: 1-Turn off and unplug the machine. Plug the washer back in and wait for the control panel to light up. This resets the washer back to the original factory settings. 2-Unlock the control panel by simultaneously pushing and holding down the Options and Select button for 10 seconds if you see a lock icon on the control display. 3-Push whichever new options you need, and wait for the control panel to flash and reset the washer's options.

Are there any lights on at the washer? If not check the washer circuit breaker in your house main circuit breaker/service panel. If it is tripped reset it and try start button again. If it trips again you need a service call. If there are lights on try turning the washer main knob to off and unplug the washer from the wall outlet...wait 10 seconds then plug in and try start button again.

Okay if the drum inside is Plastic then YES, You can get a sealant to block off holes ,depending on how big the rip is,I wish you joy and if there is any thing else I can do or Advise then please ask.
