Should I store the yeast in the refrigerator?

Yes, definitely, otherwise it will not be active enough over time....Also.... Always allow your yeast to return to room temp before baking with it. I usually measure my yeast out on a paper plate and let it come to room temp by waiting about 1/2 hour.

For better results, please re-post your question using the proper make (Cookworks), model (Signature) and model number (?).

Otherwise, use your make + your model + your model number + the word MANUAL + the abbreviation PDF to perform an Internet search. Example: Fredericks Home Bakery KHB178 MANUAL PDF Happy Hunting! Note: Breadmakers model numbers are usually located on the backside or bottom of the unit, either on a printed decal or raised plastic embossment, and usually followed by abbreviations such as mdl, mdl no, model, model no, type, style, art, art no, article no, cat, cat no or catalog no.

The pan on by breadman

Keep your husband nearby, lol.

No, but really, the two guides located at each end of your removable bread pan insert need to be raised up a bit. Place both thumbs directly under each guide and push up a bit.

The two baking chamber clips may also need a bit of re-positioning. Reach under each clip, grab the opening at bottom, then genty tug in the direction of the opposing clip.

I just ran this through the super rapid cycle as

That just means that your machine was too hot to make a loaf of bread so soon after completing the rapid program. Bread machines need to cool off about 30 minutes before starting the 2nd loaf. They are designed that way to prevent poor baking results due to overheating of the yeast too early in the process. Please vote/rate/rank/testimonial this answer.......

When I first got my

Without knowing the specific ingredients in your recipe and having no experience with gluten free flour I am basing this on what I know about bread makers in general. I have owned dozens!
1) If the onion spice you are adding is something like a mix (onion soup mix for example) then you may get better results if you cut back on the salt by about 1/2. Also, next time when your machine starts the rapid knead (after the beginning slow knead) if the dough looks like batter instead of a dough ball add about 1 tablespoon slowly trickled in over about 10 seconds. Watch the dough ball and see if it starts to look a little dryer. The goal is to not have the gooey batter on the bottom of the pan. The slow addtions of flour will do that for you. If this works please leave a testimonial. I like helping fellow bread machine makers and getting feed back! Best of Luck with your next effort!

I cannot get the bread

Put about 4 or 5 inches of water with detergent in it and let it soak over night. Tomorrow reach in and start wiggling it back and forth with the soapy water still in there. Wiggle it around for about 30 full seconds. If it doesn't come out walk away and come back again in about 3 hours and try again.
If none of that works I have another method that might work. Let me know....

I used my Breadman TR875

Sometimes there is an audible click when you push it down. Other times you will hear nothing. As long as the clips are under tension and holding the pan in place that is all that matters. If you push down abruptly you may again hear the click. If you push slowly you often WILL NOT hear it. The only time you need to be concerned is if the pan pops out to the point that the paddle is no longer engaged with the drive at the bottom of the oven. I have a breadman machine and sometimes I hear the click and sometimes I don't. It still works just fine.
