Not sure which Palm Treo you have, but after reading through some of the info on the different sites it states that some bluetooth devices were easily installed and others were not. It may be one of the Treo's that may need an application to download an update. Some of these were released according to the information I read, that did not have DUN installed. Whether this has anything to do with pairing your bluetooth device, I am not sure. I couldn't find a spec page for your application. Usually it is just a simple matter of going to the bluetooth application on your phone and turning on your bluetooth headset. They find each other and you have success. This may be a broken or loose wire in your headset that prevents you from hearing them.Or the headset is not turned on. Press the call control button for 2 seconds until you hear a beep or see the indicator light glow blue to turn headset on. Your headset is out of range. If your phone has the voice capability's then you should be able to use it through your headset. If this was a plan you were using before a free app where it could be commanded by voice maybe it is over.
