the two main causes are burnt out windings on the pump can normally teld by burnt or discoloured copper windings if good then blown fuse on board or the board itself

this is a very common fault you need to remove the big plastic cover over the motor from the bottom there is what is called a stator loosen the four bolts to remove the plastic sensore and replace it

if it was out of balance it could of stretched a wire or plug. or if really bad blown the fuse on the control board marked with an F, also some models at the back on the mains wire there is a box. on or in the box is a fuse.

Make sure pump activates in pump out cycle.And also check washer settings switch for irregularities.

Sounds like it stops when the motor gets hot. Runs after cooling off. May need new motor.

You normally have 3 cups; 1 for Bleach, 1 for Liquid Fabric Softener, and 1 Liquid Clothes Detergent. I don't ever recommend using Laundry powder in front loads as it has a tendency to not fully dissolve and will build up in the dispenser overtime and prevent your clothes from washing. if you cant check the state of your pipe connector ask a friend or a washing Machine repair person to look at it as we cant see the problem from here eric

the water sensor seems to be the problem as its not switching to let the controller to go to the next cycle take the back off and look for a 5mm small pipe leading upwards take it off blow gently into it you should hear a click and one when you release the air if so then the place where you took the pipe from is blocked and needs to be cleaned out with a pipe cleaner or similar item replace the pipe and retry to yse the washer again good luck eric

I would check the water outlet pipe blow hard down it to see if the way is clear if not then look at the water pump itself to see if it rotates freely then there may still be a button or paper clip in the system preventing the pump from doing its job eric

Hi, this sound like a serious fault that is tripping house rcd. (a safety device that detects imballence between live/netural/earth) So, UNPLUG THE MACHINE, TO STOP YOU GETTING A SHOCK ,AS IT WILL HURT YOU WHILST ITKILLS YOU, look inside for burnt cables, damaged wires, water leaks onto/over ANY THING THAT SHOULD BE DRY. Is it tripping instantly at turn on, or at the same point along in cycle, ie pump running to empty machine, that will narrow down the area to look at. BE CAREFUL THOUGH, AS WATER, ELECTRICITY AND HUMANS DO NOT MIX WELL.....

on these t starts off with a pump fault then if it shorts out it goes dead a new pump may bring it back life if not then its blown the main board

Hi you will have to take the machine out and remove the mains cable plus the water pipes don't forget the waste pipe will be full of water its possible that the waste pipe is blocked so therefore cannot get rid of the access water enabling it to go to the next step or there are debris in the pump stopping it turning or the motor has died due to it having not being able to turn I hope its the less expensive one cheers eric
