remove about 6 or so screws on the back (top) then slide the top forward about a 1/2 inch then lift.

Check your suspension supports, when empty move the tub around it should re-center with force like it fights you to be in the center,

The start switch is an integral part of the control panel main board.

Make sure that the water is turned on. Carefully under the main control panel if you lift it up when the water should be on you should hear the water inlet solenoids clicking on then off, if not make sure that the wires are connected UNPLUG FIRST BEFORE TOUCHING ANY WIRES
