I have a LG WM2010c
Hello
& Welcome to FixYa
If
that did not solved the problem then replacing the control board is recommended
repair as the washer is completely dead, if it was something else it would have
flashed a error code instead of just going dead. Please get back to me if you
have any other questions.

My washer was off balance yesterday; I stopped it,
Hi Bobbie from retired Englishman in SW France,
Correct the machine's (not the load's) unbalance first by following my guidance notes. Once the machine is correctly seated on the ground you should certainly have no, or fewer, problems with the load becoming unbalanced. If it doesn't work afterwards it could be that some damage to the electronics has taken place by it being allowed to shake about. Sorry but you will need a service call to find out what is wrong. We would not be able to diagnose remotely ;-0(
It is necessary to ensure absolutely that the machine has all 4 feet very firmly on the floor, and I mean firmly ;-0)
Doesn't matter whether it is empty or not but switch it off then-
very firmly push one front corner diagonally into the centre of the machine and see if the machine moves or rocks AT ALL, even the slightest. If it does you will need the open-ended spanner which came with the (new) machine........which of course went missing a long time ago?!! An adjustable spanner will suffice.
Adjust the foot under that corner downwards until it is very firmly- almost pushing- against the floor but not so far that the corner lifts up!
If this corner did not rock do the same to the other.
Once you cannot rock the machine the slightest little bit, screw the locking nuts up tight to the underside of the machine so that they will not move. Ideally the rear feet should also be locked.
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

There is not a reference for an E1 error code.
The listed LG error codes are:
IE, UE, OE, FE, PE, dE, tE, LE, EE, and PF.

What does the letters oe stand for
The LGwasher error code "OE" simply means "the washer water pump is blocked". Presumably the water isn't being emptied properly. As with all error codes it is possible that there is a cause other than the exact description in the error code explanation but basically this error means as far as the washing machine is concerned it thinks the water isn't pumping out. A pump, or filter blockage is the most common cause but it could be caused by other faults such as a faulty pump, or even a blockage in the drain hose or somewhere else in the system etc.

The washer will not drain
Your drain system is clogged with debris. Remove the filter from the bottom left door and look straight back inside the drain system, you will see more debris inside. Do not use a sharp object to remove the debris or you will puncture the rubber bellows. From the back of the machine, remove the back cover. At the bottom of the tub you will find a rubber drain hose that leads from the bottom the tank to the drain filter. Using your hand, gently squeeze the rubber drain hose to "massage" the leftover debris inside. This should help clean out the debris. WARNING: This will cause a major rush of water to come out so be prepared. Good luck

Can't find part number for
Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Spares Suppliers
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer spares' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can order. Alternately you could try telephone directories for spares suppliers but I would think the former would be more successful.
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.

Door won't open, no error
try unplugging unit first; may need a reset. plug back in, and turn power "on". if no luck, door switch module or even the main board may be bad. try draining water in drum via behind small door on lower left front.

MY LG TROMM WM2077CW WASHER
you may have stripped teeth on the motor rotor (plastic) to metal drum shaft. this is found behind rear access cover. you will need a #17 socket and breaker bar to remove rotor shaft bolt. if you have a "LE" CODE displayed, you will need a new hall sensor.

My wm2016cw will not power on i have power all
The unit may not be getting the required water pressure. Check that the water valves are fully opened then all of your connections and strainers, for any leaks and anything else that would prevent this.

Hi larainlalala,
I suspect your machine is not level, please adjust the feet and if possible move it to a corner position in a room (It will always be the quietest there)
Hope this helps :-)

Would like to replace water
Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
You do not say why you would like to replace water filter.
There should be no need to replace an inlet filter. Turn the taps off, unscrew the hose(s) and each filter is removable for cleaning. Soak in vinegar if there is calcium then hopefully 'job done'!
If this has assisted and/or clarified the situation for you please consider a 4 thumbs up on our rating.
Thanks and good luck!
