if you turn off the machine and then turn it back on whilst holding down the 1 3 and star button all together it shoul reset any small errors you have on the machine.. good luck A

If u're using usb cable, try install the usb driver 1st below proceed to install printer driver. After that, install the P3 application, which is a scanning driver.

Application start error. reinstall the HDD software

after changed one of the sensors ,the same problem-"no cassette with paper of the sieze requested is available" has happened,alway paper jam.
any ideas why?

I dont know what you want to reset so i will explain how to reset the whole machine.
Please switch off the machine, while holding down the * 1+3 buttons switch on the machine, dont take off the fingers until the machine is back on.(star, one and three buttons)

Check if scrapers are bent, paper size difference,heat roller not rotating.

There are several error you need to know the sub code by pressing c and 8, frequently you may come across the error code C44,C97,C26 .For C44 the error clearance is "switch on the copier while pressing 0&8 AD will appear enter 400 and press start (print) button and enter "0" and press Interrupt button , switch off and on the machine .If the error code is C97 the main charger to be cleaned in drum unit, If it is C26 you need to check the scanner cable..Hope the anser.

the error code means Communication error between copier and PFC.Check cable from pc to printer.

Check the recovery blade next to drum blade .it supposr to clean the excess used toner coming out of the drum. or maybe is the developer D2320 code.
