What is your back ground. Have you ever done this. What is your location in the world? Do you have a clear line of site to the sky at about a 30 degree angle? What cable do you have. Is it run to the house? Is this a new or a used system?

try the full screen menu. instead of pressing info for the small menu on the bottom of the screen press one of the arrows for the full screen menu and operate it from there. my tv used to do the same thing until i did that and now its working properly
