What is the resolution setting on your monitor? You might want to increase it if possible. You may have to upgrade your video codecs too.

Try using generic cam drivers for win xp. Or let windows look up the best drivers for it

My problem had nothing to do with the Radio Shack VGA PC Camera Webcam. I was asking about an old Zenith console radio model 8A02. I was trying to find out where I can still buy the tubes for it and what the radio is worth.

Descargue el primer, si es para el Windows XP, descargue el segundo uno, si es para el Windows Vista.
Y hay instrucciones para el webcam, pero ellos son para inglés :(

THe round about way to handle this is to plug it in and when it comes up and cannot find a driver, connect to the internet and google "unknown device identifier" then download that program and run it and it will list what the item is and allow you to search for the driver with a few mouse clicks.

i lost the cd 6 months ago cd-r king s/n 2009

The entire installation cd here: http://d01.megashares.com/index.php?d01=6b830bb. It‘s an image file that you‘ll have to burn to a cd. You can use a program like Nero, Imgburn, Roxio, or any other program that deals with iso images. Burn the cd, install the driver, and then start using your webcam!
