Purchase some fabric softener and place it in its normal location at the beginning of the cycle. At the end of the cycle check to see if fabric softener has been dispensed and whether there is water in the cup.

If the fabric softener is gone, but there is water in the fabric softener cup, then your problem may be with the water valve assembly. The water valve assembly (as one complete unit) has a separate solenoid for hot and cold water temperatures, bleach and fabric softener. The fabric softener solenoid on the water valve assembly could be defective (allowing water to fill the fabric softener cup).

Door won't unlock

had this once before A wire from an under wire bra found its way in-between the inner and outer drum every now and again it would find its way to the seal and tear it then one day the drum started making a loud grinding sound on further investigation we found the wire that fixed both problems

well if theres more water in it now then when you took clothes out , id fail to se how its a drain issue , no id lean towards the inlet solenoid valve have a small bit of debris keeping it from closing all the way , this will probably need replacing

Door latching mechanism is bent out of position and needs to be realigned.

E13 indicates your input voltage is to high also can happen with faulty motor/ brushes

The programmer itself might be at fault No cycles complete .... but does the machine stop at the same part of each cycle, i.e. the rinse or the spin. If it does you can ascribe the fault to a particular component. If it is stopping at different points it would probably be the programmer. A technician should be able to definitively diagnose the fault

Hi and welcome to Fixya, The E01 error for your bosch indicates a door lock problem has been detected at the control board. Insure the door is closed tight, turn your breaker off or unplug the washer for a couple of minutes and retry. Let me know what happens, ultimately it may be a faulty lock assembly, a loose wire harness etc. but we'll cross that bridge when we get there...if necessary. I don't have my Bosch washer any longer, but if I recall correctly there is a specific "cycle" for the sanitizer cycle, just drop in the tablet ( a specific product for high efficiency washers) and run the cycle.
