I can turn my kodak z612 easyshare camera on and it will focus but cannot push button to take the picture. It will not take a pic.

Probably shutter button or the shutter itself is defective. Isn't cost effective repairable if at all. There are virtually no parts for Kodak's.

The camera has a new SD why does it continue to say memory full ?

Also, the newer SD cards may be too fast for your camera. My older DX6340 cannot handle the newer high speed SD cards.

I have a kodak digital camera and I had it in my backpack bag with a icepack .

If the icepack caused condense in the camera, the moist can have damaged the electronics. Try drying it in a bag of rice and before you continue, charge the battery. If it does not work, start saving for a new camera. Sorry.

Kodak easyshare Z5010

Perhaps you just need a new battery. or the camera is defect. Measure the voltage on the battery with a multi meter. It should give a little more that what is printed on the battery. so when it says 3,7 V on the battery you should measure 3,8 or 3,9. If not, even 3,7 outside the camera is not enough, then you need another battery.

How do i keep the flash from coming on when taking picture

On the back of the camera, there is a column of 4 buttons. One is marked with a lightning-bolt-arrow icon. Press that button and you'll see an icon appear on the screen. Press that button again and again until you get an icon with the lightning-bolt-arrow inside a circle-with-a-line-through-it. (What Europeans would call a "no parking" icon, but Americans would call "the Ghostbusters thing.") How do I transfer pictures from SD card to computer

you could use an external memory card reader, or you could install the easy share software that came with your camera on a disk, or download it from Kodak (after registering your camera) here: KODAK Support After you installed (and only then) you can connect the camera and the software will allow you not only to down load the pictures, you also can manage them with the software in folders and so on.

I do not want to print out date on Kodak pictures

You can't get the date in a picture. It is hidden in the exif data and you only can view it with a exif viewer. You could use any photo editor to put the date in the photo then. EXIF Viewer

I'm trying to review pictures on my Kodak camera but it keeps shutting off when I try to review them?

Usually when somebody that is trying to help you, BTW, it's not only one person, and asked you for more information, is really asking for you to give them just about everything relating to the issue. As an example: What type of batteries does your camera use, some camera use two type of batteries, a regular one like AA or AAA, and a flat battery, usually 1023 or something like that, this is to keep the camera info, and not loosing the time, and set up overtime you turn on the camera . Does it have a memory card? Does it shut off only when reviewing the photos? If you were to put all this info, plus the camera model, we could look into it for you. This is the kind of more information the other person was trying to get. As for the issue, all I can advice is, if it have a memory card take it out and insert it in a computer, so you can see the pictures. Best of luck.

WHY WONT MY DIGITAL CAMERA CHARGE UP

Several possibilities: Battery is defect. Charger is defect. Cable is defect or one of the connectors on the cable, charger or camera is defect or only dirty. Contacts of the battery or in the battery chamber are dirty or oxidised. When you see dirty contacts, clean them (with a dry cloth or cotton swab) if there is dirty in one of the connectors try to blow it out with a bellow. When the battery has died, buy a new one.
