Can you remove the rechargible batteries ? To try and reset them ? Or maybe replace them ? It sounds like the batteries have gone bad and not charging

If the headphones work without issues on another source, then they are not faulty.

Bad connections. Plug in and withdraw multiple times, It may serve to "clean" and polish the contacts. Hope it works.

You plug the charger base in the AUDIO OUT of the TV, not the headphones. You wear the headphones. You use the volume dial to lower or increase the volume. And don't forget to plug the base in a power outlet and turn on the headphones.

I have a set as well but the batteries were weak and it was doing the same thing when they were new. Replaced with good batteries and that was the problem. if you try this and they still don't work then just return it for a replacement

what is the source of the audio? I would start by checking that first. switch sources to see if the transmitter is the problem if the transmitter is only getting the right side signal, that's all you'll hear...hope this helps!

This problem is quite logical; another nearby transmition is received by your headphones and you have to change the channel. The best solution is to locate the nearby transmition (what does it says, where is it and any other details) and in case it's coming from a neighboor using some kind of the same headphones, ask him/her to change his frequency (channel). Another solution is to change your transmitter place so that your signal will come stronger at the headphones. Also sometimes replacing the batteries fix the problem.

In case of a problem or clarification or further details needed, don't hesitate to post me a reply before rejecting my answer.
If you are satisfied, rate my solution with the "thumbs" or (even better) add a testimonial.

The headphones will automatically charge wirelessly when placed in the cradle that should have come with the package. To make sure the headphones are placed correctly, a red light should illuminate letting you know they are being charged and are properly placed.

  • Got the customer taken care of. Customer put fresh batteries in his headset already with no change to the problem. i asked the customer to gently shake the headphones to see if the batteries made contact and they did and the headphones briefly played. I suggested to the customer to take a screwdriver and gently pull out on the negative terminals (springs) to allow a tighter fit and battery contact. Problem solved. Advised customer that standard AAA alkaline batteries are fine so long as they are never charged.
  • Answered a couple questions for him about selecting frequencies on the transmitter as well. Overall a great conversation.

Regards, Tony

Hi, What test did you preform to know the right phone is OK? Connections can look solid to the naked eye but not be the case. What are you using to test these phones? Make sure the the plug you are plugging your jack into is functioning properly so you know you will get a proper test of the phones themselves. With the phones on your ears and plugged in and music playing can you wiggle any of the wires or connections and hear any crackling? This will give you a good starting point to address. Good luck.

That would depend on the TV. Can you find its manual and refer to it or tell us what it is?

This would seem to be more a function of the device to which you connect the headphones than the headphones themselves. Can you flesh out the details? There may be a setting you're unaware of.

Hi,why sounds comes out from one side and the other side silentis because, the wire inside the speaker has cut and it needs to be soldered back with a soldering iron and a lead.

Sometimes it might also be from the speaker itself if it is damaged.

When you solder back the place that has cut, problem solved.

i have no solution but the same problem.
the tr120 worked properly with a GRUNDIG-TV-unit.
After replacing the TV-unit with a SAMSUNG, the problem occurs.
I take the audio-signal out of the scart-connector (the unit has an earphone-connector but cuts of the internal speaker - this is not wanted in our usage).
might be an impedance-problem? or the scart-audio-output is too low for the headset-transmitter?
any further ideas and hints to get rid of the problem?

have you thought of the source compatibility or even the range? your headset operates well with Range of up to 100 metres. audio largely depends on the source. and this being a wireless RF headphone system, interference would also play part. so kindly check all those. otherwise, that model has Good quality sound and Battery life is good

Plug it in to the headphone jack of your TV or Reciever.
