Not enough info 1). What is the impedence load of the speakers? I'm assuming you've wired three per channel. 2). Is your amp stable at 4/2/1/ or very rarely .5 ohms. Check the owners manual for the info.
You really cant hook it to a car amp what you could do though is buy a cable that one end has one input point (like headphones) the other end of cabel has the white and yellow like what you would plug into a dvd player, Plug the yellow and white end to the back of your cd player in your car under the input spot. Then with your amp hooked up the sound will play through it
The radio code is a security feature that's meant to deter theft, and it's unique to each vehicle. First thing to do is check to make sure that the batteries are properly charged.

Third, make sure that you are in the rear seat of the vehicle when listening to the sound. The IR transmitter only transmits to the rear seat, so you will not hear any sound if you are sitting in the front seats. This is a common problem that i see.
Lastly, make sure that the heapdhones you purchased are compatible with your 2006 2007 2008 2009 or 2010 Toyota Sienna. Remember that some older models require RF headphones, not IR headphones. I checked http://www.audiovideo2go.com for compatibility before I purchased my headphones. They have a useful listing of all the headphones and models of vehicles they are compatible with.
Unfortunately, no one knows or is telling. Companies rarely state power in RMS because Peak Power is a much more impressive. 1000 watt amp, 200 watts RMS x 2 channels at 8 ohms. Look for a sticker on the unit.
