you actually did a master reset, there is no way to recover

if u had it sync'd to a computer you can pull them off the computer. if the phone turns on you can download the right sync program off samsung.com and sync the numbers to the phone, if not unfortunely your out of luck

The reason why it says wrong card is because your phone is locked with T-Mobile SIM card and you're using a different SIM card which is not authorized by T-Mobile. Call T-Mobile and ask for network control key or NCK code. Once you have it try this command string to unlock your phone. #7465625*638*NCK#
