Its most likely your Micro SD card thats faulty. If its a Sandisk of Kingston then theres a 12 Month warranty on them but if its one of those cheap no name ones they are a complete joke and will continue to corrupt everything put on them. Invest in a good brand one.

DEAR FRIEND,YOU WILL HAVE TO RELOAD YOUR PHONE WITH A FLASH FILE.

Go to www.nokia.co.uk or the nokia site dedicated for your country. If you're not sure of the address you can go to www.nokia.com, select your counrty and then proceed from there. Then click the 'Get support & software' link on the page. Select your phone model. i.e. Nokia 6288. Then go to the Download Software tab & download the device software update. Once you've downloaded the Nokia Software updater for your device you can connect the phone to the PC using the USB cable. Follow the instructions & update the phone's software. Note: This would not work if the handset is keyguard locked as the phone needs to be unlocked so that the device can be recognised once connected to the PC. TIP: I've tried locking my NOKIA 6288 by entering the incorrect Security Code when it asks for the keypad unlock code & this locks the handset after 5 incorrect attempts but if you leave the handset ON for atleast 5-10 minutes & then try unlocking the keypad using the correct security code, the handset then gets unlocked.

5. You are now given the unlock codes for your cell phone. A lot of people have a problem punching in the alphabet p and w while entering the unlock codes. To enter the codes, here is a visual guide below as well as the step by step procedure

How do you flash a nokia 6288 or 6280?
I have a virus (claimed by a technician) which is contantly making my internet connection online even though I have disabled it manually. Still does not work and a shop technician tried but could not solve the problem!
Could you please guide me as to how I can restore it to it's original settings.

If you changed it and forgot the security code please contacts your device dealer. They will provide you the default security code so that you can use your phone.
