go to bestbuy and buy a lg charger for the lg vx9400 its like 26 bucks

call *611 and ask for a warranty exchange i work for t-mobile also go to verizon and ask about an upgrade

What happened to it? did you drop it down, or did it just go blank?

okay you can fix this by calling and leaving a voicemail for your self then checking it. That should solve your problem.

Yeah that happened on my fourth version of my phone. Did you drop it in water? Because when I accidentally dropped it in water (the first time), it did that and all the keys were short circuited and I couldn't do anything. I took it back up to Verizon and just said that the keys don't work anymore, and the lady didn't even try it out, she just took it and gave me a new one without doing anything.

You can't really do anything to save it at this point. Just go up to Verizon and say that the keys don't work. Maybe you'll get as lucky as I did.

On ebay you can purchase replacement screens for like $30 or so. The samething happened to mine and I ordered a screen. I am going to try and do it myself

Take it in and switch it that's the only solution I can think of. Water damage is so hard to repair. So yessssss. Sorry about the screen I'm having problems with my chocolate so i feel your pain. =/

i just take out the battery, turn it on and off, idk mine turns off randomly sometimes too :(

Hit the left button on your arrow keys and then scroll down to "Take Picture". It should be number 7 on the list.

You need reinstall the phone software it may be corrupted.............

take it into verizon. they should give you a new phone.

bring it in to the store it should still be under man. war. kk

all i think but its hard to move them like on a cam you need to get the data cable at verizon

that is a norm prob it is just the phone i have had near 10 of these phones just walk in to your local verizon store tell them what you posted and they should replace it free due to it still being under man. want. k

Perform a master reset on the phone and if that doesn't help you should go have it checked from where you bought it.

It could be that the video has a slow frame rate. Does this happen with all your videos?
