So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Please dont try more than 3 times.If you try more than 3 times the Sim will get locked.And it will ask for PIN code.Both these PUK and PIN code can be given only by the network service provider. Please call the network service provider of your mobile.And ask him to provide the PUK code or PIN code.He will ask you some basic details like name,date of birth for his verification.And he will provide you the PUK and PIN code.This is done for free of cost.

PUK code can be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number.
Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no.
If you cant contact through your phone get some other phone and contact them.
Go to the nearest service outlet of your service provider they can also help you.
There is no other go than the above procedure only your service provider can give
it nobody else in this world nor any software.

Hi the PUK code is the security code for the sim card and not any code to do with the phone, all you need to do to get the PUK code is call your service provider.
your service provider wont charge for giving you the code as the code belongs to you, all you need to tell them is your phone number or if you dont know that then the number printed on the sim card, they will then provide you with the 10digit PUK code for free over the phone.
this will then allow you to access the sim card.

The only place you can get the PUK code from is your service provider as their is no where else that keeps these codes, if you still have the card the sim card was attatched to then it will be written on their but if you no longer have this then the only way your going to get the code is by calling your service provider, they wont charge you for this as the code belongs to you,

you do have another option open to you though, if you dont need that sim card then you can go out and get another sim card and when you get given a new sim card you will get given the unique PUK code it will be written on the card the sim card is attatched to.

While you get the PUK code,the service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only.If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the PUK code

You can get the NCK code through online..........give your IMEI number and get the unlock code for ur mobile.... i will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website.

Puk means personal unlocking key..
You can get this key from your sim card documents..
If you dont have one then call your sim service provider and give the details of your sim card holder..
They will verify the info given by you and will provide a puk code..
Please note that 10 attempt are there to check the puk code..
If the 10th attempt fails then you need to buy a new one from your service provider..

sir please call to the aircel simcard customercare and say the last 6-digit number which is present before the simcard. then they will give the pukcode number to unlock the cellphone...........
