My screen is white!
Many users of the Pantech phones have been experiencing the same thing.
There are a lot of default in this phone. I would suggest you to return
it to Pantech and try to get a software upgrade (if there is!). Although, I would
recommend you NOT to use it. Even if the Pantech exchange it for a new
one, the same problem will happened in a day or two.

LG scoop not charging well
The problem is your charge port on the phone. I've already had to have mine replaced and my daughters due to this issue. My girlfriends son had this phone to and has had his replaced twice already.
It is not entirely the charger! The problem is the phone port. The rep at alltel told me this phone is the most problematic phone they sell due to this issue!
Have the phone replaced under warranty if its under a year old, otherwise hope you have your insurance!
Other things to consider before having it replaced:
Backup your contact list! They cannot transfer it for you to the new phone when the port is bad and you cannot save your contacts to an SDcard either.
If you have any music, pictures etc, get the microSD card and back them all up to that so that you don't lose them either. Just don't buy the card from alltel, they want twice as much for it as you can get it for from Walmart/BestBuy etc..
Hope this help any of you out here from experiencing the pains that I've gone through with it..

Yes, it can be solved! This happened to mine and Verizon was no help. I finally found the solution on the internet. The little prongs inside the charging port are touching, get a magnifying glass and flashlight and you'll see it. I took a toothpick and seperated them and the problem was fixed instantly!

Lg vx8300 wont turn on passed where it says
You are going to have to contact verizon wireless and hopefully you are still under the manufacturers warranty. You might be able to reflash it, but that requires purchasing a data cable and software.
