if you recall your security password, (the default is 000000) then hold the menu key for a second while your phone is asking for your password to access your messages the phone will now ask you for your security number. Go ahead and do so. Your service provider is the company you pay every month for your cell phone service. You can contact them online or use another phone to call them. I can't give you a web address or a phone number since you didn't name them.

You have to change the network settings on your moto...the right settings are provided by asking the network provider in your country.
