where did you encrypt your memory card?...if its on pc then insert in pc if its on cellphone then use it on cellphone...format it where you decrypted it.

There is no way you can deactivate the tracker...even if you turn off your cell phone it still transmits the signal and your location...the best way so that you wont be tracked is to remove the battery from the cellphone and dont just turn it of.
