In which country the phone is made is not considered while unlocking. Select the country and network to which your phone is locked in Unlock-Zone.com and provide the IMEI number when it is asked (press *#06# on your mobile to know it ) and get the unlock code via mail.
Try to follow the instructions after getting the code
1 - Switch ON your Samsung SGH-D900 with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card.
2 - Compose : #7465625*638*CODE# (or *#7465625*638*CODE#).

Try this, I had a the same problem as you guys + found this on a web forum. Quite a frustrating problem to have, It fixes the phone, but after a while you have to do this over again. I am wishing I never bought this phone, even though the reviews were really great.

Unplug usb cable from phone

Type *#52828378# into phone

this comes up

1 Trace setting
2 OTA type setting
3 Serial test
4 TFS reset

select 3 serial test

this comes up

1 PPP UP
2 Serial download
3 Run TCK

Select 2 Serial download

Phone will reboot.
Once rebooted, connect usb cable and pc studio will now work.

It sounds like you might have irritation or perhaps some sort of communicable disease. You should NEVER take medical advice from the internet, you should schedule an appointment with your doctor or a local medical clinic.

If very well could be the charging port. Have you tried a different charger?

If it is the charger port, You have 3 options.

1. get it repaired, warrant if possible
2. Get a new one
3.Get an external battery charger and charge battery separate from phone.Another battery and charger will set you back about 10 dollars on ebay2.gif.
