I am facing a problam
Format your mobile with ufs. If the problem exist there, then flash it If it again shows the problem then go to a mobile repairing shop because its lcd or display ic may be found faulty.

My Phone switch is damaged
If you are not a Technician or if you have no knowledge about mobile and how to repair it, you'll not be able to replace it. There are two switches for Power, one at the outside and one in the inside is which directly connected to the phone's motherboard. If the outer button is damaged, you'll need to replace it, but the thing is that you have to replace it with the suitable or compatible power button. But if it's the inner switch, you'll need to solder it on the mainboard. This is to be done only by certified/experienced technician. There are mainly three types of power switches for Nokia mobile, when you ask for power switches at the mobile spares shop, they will give you the compatible switch for your Mobile depending on the model.

Hi Hello your problem to your cellphone is contact retailer, try to my advice yyou need to check you network thru wireless center or you need to reprogram your cellphone thru using software reprogram.you need to check up the service repair.thanks and god bless.

you can try resetting your phone through codes. its the safe way to
reset your phone. because when you reset your phone through software or
hardware there are possibilities for data getting corrupted or lost.
but there is no such possibilities when you reset through codes. thats y
i prefer this method to reset my phone. i got the codes from this site

GPRS setting depend on the network you are using. In Nigeria, MTN GPRS setting is given below
For your Nokia phone, the basic setttings are these;
GPRS/WAP Settings
Account Name = MTN GPRS or any other name
IP Address = 10.199.212.2
Port = 9201 (for WAP) or 8080 (for HTML )
Username = web
Password = web
Access Point Name (APN) = web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
So, please contact your service provider to give you your GPRS Setting.

dear friend, it just a simple ques.. Go to msgs .,open the option..then go to settings and select other then you can see memory in use select mmc. Then your problem is solved.,now your bt msgs saved on mmc.
My phone headset was activated
try to clean the headset jack on your phone. it is supposed to activate and deactivate automatically when headset is in or out.. so something is stuck.

plz follow these steps.
1. Download smartmovie converter from here

2. extract it and from CONVERTER folder click on setup and then install it in your computer.
3. now from PLAYER folder copy sis file format into your computer (it is also setup but not for computer but for your mobile)
4. after copying it to your mobile install the software in your mobile and then open it.
5. From your computer open Smartmovie there you will find a code as ( REQUEST CODE TYPE THIS ON MOBILE DEVICE)
6. Enter that code in your mobile and your mobile will generate an UNLOCK code :)

First download and install

Phoenix Service Software 2011 - Download secondly Download flash file from this link Nokia flash file or 6300 file and install it to C / programme
files/pheonix..after finished this installation open pheonix 
Inside the interface at the> left top <there you see
"File" click there and choose "open file" and
then select the approprait Product type i.e"which is written in the
back banel inside the battery of every Nokia(Type RM-000).After doing
this again at the left top count from "File"1..2..3..the 4th one is
"Flashing" press there when you click there you'll see three
icon just select the "Firmware Update" again you'll see
another interface.Look at the product code there should be blank and put your
"mouse tool" at the straight end from the "Product Code"
there is a Botton and choose the code which is written in the
back side of your phone.e.g CODE:0000000.if the same code does not found
just take one.After this you can see "Dead phone USB flashing"
click that box.Now this is the last stage... Connect your phone with the USB
to your PC and let the driver install ...wait for a moment.(If your phone working).Lastly after just
finished (In case your phone is Dead,unable to switch on in normal mode start from here) Connect the phone to pc without powering...insert good battery and Click the "Referbish"
after this, a message will prompt you "press power botton"
press it and wait untill the phone will Restart automaticlly in normal mode
