Another way of reading data from this phone is to use the infra red that it built in since this phone does not have bluetooth either. If you have any question please feel free to ask. If you are a normal user of phones, all you can do is go into gallery and delete what ever files you may have in there, or into applications ==> games and delete the games. Since your phone does not have a micro sd card slot, that is all you can do.

My nokia 6020 is locked it says enter restriction
u would have been provided with a catlog along with ur nokia 6020 when u bought it . kindly go through that u'll find a default restriction code . by default i think it would be 00000000. just try it. if you couldn't unlock it still u might have changed the restriction code . u might have to take ur mobile to nokia service centre to bug it. it might cost around 6-10$

ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
