It seems as if the factory password is #19. Try hitting #9 and seeing if it will give you the password.

Here are the instructions for one vtech phone (may not be quite the same as yours but may work or give enough hints for you to figure it out): Press PROG.• Press ? or ? until the screen displays DIAL MODE: and the current setting. Press SELECT. The current setting blinks. Press ? or ? to select TONE or PULSE. Press SELECT to save.

You need to reset your cable modem box. Call your internet provider. There should be a "RESET" button somewhere on the modem box. It is small....

Do you need to register a handset? Make sure the battery is fully charged on the handset and remove the handset from the base. With the phone not in use, press and hold the Find Handset button on the base. After about 4 seconds, the In Use light should light up. Now press the # key on the handset that you need to register. It should say Registering and then complete the registration within 60 seconds. This will only work if the base has power and is connected to a working phone line.
