H and F are popping up

Hi, this code if an alert that represents a water pressure issue. There is No water detected entering the machine or, the Pressure switch trip is not detected.

If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering the machine the valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed.
Or
If the control has turned the water valves on and after 8 minutes the flow meter has detected 10.5 gallons of water passing through it, but has not detected the pressure switch trip, the valves will be turned off and the error code will flash.

Potential Causes

• If there is no water in the unit:
- Make sure that both valves at the water source(s) are turned on all the way.
- Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in the inlet valves
- Verify inlet valve operation
• If there is water in the unit:
- Verify Drain pump operation
- Make sure the Pressure Switch Hose is in good condition and properly connected to Tub and Pressure switch

• Verify there is not a siphon problem
• Verify wire harness connections to; Inlet Valves, Pressure Switch, Drain Pump, Flow Meter, and Central Control Unit (CCU)
• Check all hoses for possible leaks
• Verify pressure switch operation
• Verify flow meter operation
• Verify CCU operation

Replace failed component.

Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.

When not in use, my washer begins to slowly fill with water.

you either have a very poor water pressure to the machine or the fill valve is not closing completely and will need to be replaced.

Hi, here is a procedure that you can preform to reset the board(control). if the same problem exists after the reset, you may have to call he service tech.

Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle. Select

F25 error code

this is scary. I got a brand new whirlpool duet sport I ordered from Costco.com. After 19 days of waiting for delivery it finally arrived and was installed by the whirlpool dlvy people. I read the instructions and started my 1st load within an hour of being installed. It never worked. Ok it work 6 mins and stopped on every cycle I put it on and then I got the error code 25. I called their customer svc number and they could not even tell me via the phone what that meant. I am suppose to have another delivered here HOPEFULLY next week but after seeing others having repeated problems I do not know if I should just say no take it all back.

Error code F71

It seems the only solution any one has is to pull the plug. If this doesn't solve problem replace board. Seems to me if so many people have this same problem with fairly new washers its a design flaw and should be addressed by whirlpool. $600 for a new board seems outrageous for a new washer.

Whirlpool gold door falls open during cycle

You can probably get away with getting just hinges for the door if it is not bent also check the latch if it doesn't look broken the just go for the hinges.

F11 and f dl errors

I hope that you have a serivce contract or something on this unit you need a main control board f11 means that there is communication error between the 2 computer boards the fdl means that there is is door lock problem. But that is incorrect that is how you know which board has the problem the door lock is controlled by the main computer board. it's just playing tricks on you I have tried changing the door lock with those codes and it did nothing. that board tends to be alittle pricey .good luck.

Whirlpool ghw9150 help !!!!!!!

I would run the drain hose into a bucket or the sink to make sure that it is not your plumbing if it still gives you the code replace the pump just because this pump is putting out water doesn't mean that it is doing it as fast as the machine wants it too. Those pumps are not that reliable and have tricked me a couple of times until I replaced them. good luck.

Washed clothes while on the 'clean washer' setting

I'm sure that the exact make up of clean washer or tub clean cycles vary from brand to brand, but basically that cycle fills to a higher water level, hottest water, and highest spin, turning off load sensors / out of balance sensors so the machine can spin with water in the tub (allowing tub cleaning agents to contact all tub surfaces). (all other cycles pump the water out before spinning) Having a load of clothes in the machine at this time could result in overloading machine (gererally causing an error code), damage to suspension components, damage to hoses or connections resulting in water leaks, etc. Due to the large water level, your clothes would be agitated more ****, but the hot water might damage some fabrics. A FixYa rating would be appreciated for this info. Thanks.
