I would unplug it from the wall for a while and see if that will help reset it. Also make sure there are no magnetic devices near the screen because this will change the screen color as well. Mine will mess up every once in a while so I just unplug it while I am off running errands, plug it back up when I come home and it seems to reset itself. Good luck

You will find that the 3TB drive is drawing too much power. USB Flash sticks only use a small amperage, which the BR player can power. But the external 3TB will be drawing far too much. You could look at getting a USB power injector. These are USB cables with two ends, one would go to the BR player, the other to an additional USB power injector. But to be honest 3TB may be too large for the player to read

Hi Virginia, I have the manual link for you for your TV, basically your issue falls into INPUT issue. Kindly check if the INPUT of your TV is correct. Steps below: - INPUT SELECT button- Press to select TV or the external input (VIDEO1, VIDEO2) mode. (See USING AUDIO/VIDEO INPUT JACKS. - AUDIO (INPUT) L/R jacks- Connect to the left/right channel audio output jacks of a video camera or VCR. Note: The AUDIO (INPUT)L jack is for mono input. The sound is heard from both speakers. Use this jack for monaural audio equipment to be hooked up. These steps is in page 2 of the manual. Hope it helps.
