Whirlpool awm 8125 fault code F09 followed by FA

The drain pump runs constantly in an effort to drain the water. Unplug the washer and, if the washer is overfilled, check the water inlet valve assembly for proper shut-off of water flow. If the water inlet valve assembly is defective, replace it. If the washer is empty when this error code appears, replace the water-level pressure switch.

Code F09 ???

Hello, the F09 code simple means an electronic communication problem with the washer..
To remove the error display, press pause/cancel twice, if pause/cancel does not work
1. Unplug washer or disconnect power for 1 minutes.
2. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
3. Re-select the cycle and press start.

If the error on the display, please call for service

Door open light flashing.. door is actually firmly closed

try cleaning the area by blowing a can of pressurized air in and around where it latches; or else maybe a bad sensor
