Agitates before water is full, almost immediately
So its agitating as soon as the water comes in? Try this put the washer into spin out cycle if it starts agitating while spinning you have a bad transmission. Also does this have a led light up control board or regular with a turn knob timer?

It spins during rinse cycle but the clothes don't
It may not be spinning fast enough. Is the agitator operating at normal speed?
Possible causes for slow spin are overloaded washer, slipping belt, bad bearings in the motor or clutch, or slipping clutch.
Another possibility is a problem with the pump, but I suppose you would also see some water left in the bottom of the machine in that case.

Putting cabnet back to gether on a whirlpool LSQ8543J
Open the lid and look down inside. Slip the lip of the cabinet under the base and sit it on the tabs. Gently let the canbinet go to the back being careful not to break the downspout or pinch the water level fill tube. Snap the S clips down and plug in the lid switch. Swing down the controls and screw it back into place so it won't rattle. Grab a beer and chill.

Water not pumping out before it starts to spin
your water level switch is telling the pump that the water is out. The switch is located in the control panel and has a clear tube attached to it which runs down to the tub and senses pressure usally caused by water or the lack of.

Whirlpool heavy duty commercial washer # cae2743800 will not start after coins inserted and start button held
Check the Coin Mechanism:
Ensure that the coin mechanism is functioning correctly. Sometimes, coins may get stuck or not register properly. Verify that the coin slots are clear and that the mechanism is engaging properly.
If there's an issue with the coin mechanism, it could prevent the washer from starting. You might need to clean or repair it.
Inspect the Wiring:
There should be a harness with two wires that go into the coin mechanism box. Check if these wires are intact and properly connected. If you find any damage or loose connections, consider repairing or replacing the wiring.
Bypass the Coin Mechanism:
If you suspect that the coin mechanism is causing the problem, you can bypass it temporarily.
Cut the wires going into the coin mechanism and insert a push button switch in the line. This will allow you to manually start the washer without relying on the coin mechanism.
If you're unsure how to do this, consider contacting a local repair shop for assistance.
Check for Other Issues:
Inspect other components such as the lid switch, control board, and start button. Any malfunction in these parts could prevent the washer from starting.
Make sure the washer is plugged in and that there are no tripped circuit breakers or blown fuses.
