Hi, I think that you will need to go in either through the back or base and I think the base is more likely. Just bear in mind that there's only limited access so it's going to be tight in there. Also, although you may be able to get the hose off it may be considerably more difficult to get it back on. You may also think about getting a technician to look at it - but get a quote first.

even when overflowing it shouldnt leak from the door? less u have a bad door seal? the water problem may be due to a bad water inlet valve? have u notice water in the tub even when ur not using it? check with a multimeter the inlet valve and the water pressure switch? blow into the water pressure switch while it is in the wash mode filling with water and if it starts washing the diaphfram is good if not its faulty. u can also checl the water inlet valve the one with the hoses attached . by running either a hot or cold cycle only and turn off the hot then turn off the cold? see if it continues to over flow with each cycle? hot then cold- GOOD LUCKKKKK

Remove the screws that attach the top panel at the back of the machine, slide the top backwards and remove the top panel. Run the machine as per normal, but be careful as the electrics will now be exposed, you will be able to see where the water is leaking from and be able to repair/replace defective part.

This dE error or fault code to indicate that the door is not latching properly. Check the lid or door operation to be sure it's not binding and that the door alignment is correct. more often than not, this is a problem with a faulty heater in the machine not getting it up to temperatre (which help the powder dissolve). Put it on a 90 degree wash and keep checking the temperature, if it's not getting hot, then you need to swap out the heater. Ift IS getting hot, then it could be an empty pump problem. If the pump or waste pipe are blocked, the wash will take a very long time but it will be struggling to evacuate water and add fresh, which will also causse powder residue to be left behind. But I'd put my money on a heater fault

Hi Elaine258, you may need to take a look into it from the top, the soap, softener dispenser may be catching. Fairly straight forward to do, disconnect from the mains, two fasteners at the back hold the top on (if I remember right) lift top up from back and push forward, vvwalla. Hope this helps.

pull back the lip and look for a wire and spring that goes around the gasket. check out repair videos on repairclinic.com or appliancepartspros.com.

open door and see if the drum can be moved up and down or side to side a lot. if it can, then you need a new bearing most likely. this would most likely only happen on a older washer that has been used quite a bit. repairclinic.com and appliancepartspros.com both have very good videos to show how the bearing can be replaced. takes some time and work, but if everything else on the washer is good, it could be worth the trouble. good luck.

The FE code is an excessive water supply if the water is continuously running into the machine it may be due to a failing inlet valve or stuck float switch since you mentioned the drain pump filter being changed it could be that the old filter was restricting the flow.
