they have springs and shock absorbers in the machine to help stabilize the load when spinning. since the washer is so new, i would guess one or the other has just come loose. take top off and check. online videos will show you how

you have to lift the ENTIRE top just enough to look on the right side towards the middle and there is a little red piece you pull to release it. There is a youtube video out there showing it but I can't remember where I saw it. I hope that helps!

You need to remove top and check for 12v and 5v,( put multimeter leads on wires one at a time) going into display panel from main board. If you see 12v and 5v than display board is very bad.If no voltage at all then main b. is bad or the noise filter fuse is bad.
