It sounds like it needs a new clutch. Call a service engineer in.

you have to lift the ENTIRE top just enough to look on the right side towards the middle and there is a little red piece you pull to release it. There is a youtube video out there showing it but I can't remember where I saw it. I hope that helps!

Check out this on YouTube. DOA and lid lock stuck locked. You pull up the top of washer and pull little red string to release lock. I was so happy to find this I wanted to share.

You need to remove top and check for 12v and 5v,( put multimeter leads on wires one at a time) going into display panel from main board. If you see 12v and 5v than display board is very bad.If no voltage at all then main b. is bad or the noise filter fuse is bad.

I'm guessing it actually your water inlet valve. Bearing would only sound as drum spins. Does it sound as water is being let in?

A slipping belt is the most likely cause, but the root cause may be a binding bearing causing it to slip. See how easy it is to turn the drum by hand?

Press POWER to turn the washer off.

Unplug the washer from the power outlet or turn the circuit breaker to the unit off.

With the power disabled, press and hold the START/PAUSE button for 5 seconds.

Plug the washer back in, or turn the circuit breaker back on.

Suggest you test the wall receptacle with some other known good appliance e.g. vacuum cleaner.

You can try having the machine repaired or replaced under warranty but the real problem probably is poor design.
