Could be a bad flash drive. Have you tried it in another computer?

Did you check the AMD site for compatibility? If they are, you could have a bad chip, it could have been mishandled or inserted incorrectly. Visual inspection first for burns, contaminated or bent conductors. Static discharge will kill cpus.

Best thing to do is phone customer service and explain to them.
If the original owner could possibly do that then no worries.

Remove all drives, Modem, Wireless card and Memory, see if the error changes. If it changes, *** 1 memory module back and see if the system will POST, if no go try the other. If you can get the system to post, then add items back one at a time till you ID the broken item. and replace it. If the system never completes post during troubleshooting, then replace the motherboard.

It's not a problem with the hard drive, that's for sure. It's something with the music file. You will be able to see that if you move the file to a removable media or another hard drive you will most likely not be able to edit the properties. I don't know what the problem is though, just saying that the hard drive isn't bad. If you want a clarification, you said you had a Dell Computer. When booting up hit F12 and run Diagnostics. It should go through an auto set of diagnostics and then allow you to select what you want to run. Run full diagnostics on your hard drive. Any failure and you should replace the drive.

You could have a faulty inverter or a CCFL lamp, To determine if you have a LCD screen, inverter or video card problem, read this and follow these instructions.
Defective CCFL backlight, it may have the following symptom: Screen flashs on red/pink and off. Picture stays on in red and slowly be come normal. Picture flickering with dim display or appear black. Picture flickering on and off. All these symptoms indicate that the LCD backlight lamp (CCFL Lamp) has reached the end of the life and all you need to do is replacing the CCFL lamp.
Connect an external monitor to your laptop and power the monitor up first then the laptop, if you see the normal Windows images then the video card and laptop is OK and the problem is definitely the backlight. Dim image and/or dark display on the laptop's LCD screen indicates a faulty LCD backlight and it could be the inverter that supplies high voltage to the CCFL lamp or it is the CCLF lamp is nearly burnt out or burnt out, most likely this is the case.
The inverter can be replaced easily but the CCLF lamp is more time consuming and requires soldering skills.

Try installing latest version of Java Runtime Environment..this should probably solve your problem...goto the link mentioned below and download JRE as per the Operating system that you r using--

Your data is probably ok so don't worry about the data portion.

You can try swapping / reseatting the memory and booting the computer with the battery out.

If you don't have any success then it points to a motherboard problem, most likely.

If it is indeed the motherboard, I would seriously consider a new Dell since they're only about $200-400 for decent laptops.

You can remove the hard drive and place it into a usb enclosure to remove your personal files.

you might need a new hard drive quite alright but, u might also have a virus too. I would have put the option of having you having no space on your hard drive, but since it said you removed a software, i guess its a virus or you have some bad sectors.
Try repairing your hard drive with a windows cd.

The Operating System must have corrupted. try reinstalling the OS using the OS cd. Go for a format while installing the OS. Check your power cable, and Hard disk for any errors.

you have a bad LCD screen. If you have the capability to, take off the lcd screen and find the part number on the back and do a search on ebay for the same part number. If you cannot do this on your own, take it to a local computer repair store and see what it would cost to have this done.
