The question about OK to
stick on the "inside"...
You need to identify the
composition of the
"DECAL" and the compatibility of the
ADHESIVE
because worse than
not COMPATIBLE reactions
can
RUIN both elements... leaving you with
an ugly mess....
SOME
ADHESIVES SIMPLY
DO NOT LIKE
PLASTIC.
Otherwise if the DECAL is
non-metallic you should
be fine... High frequency radio is
quite excellent in
direct
close quarters (nothing to worry about there)...!!
Use masking tape to attain PERFECT SYMITRY on
the outside... Extend a piece into the clear area and cross
it at a easily accessible spot...
OFF-SET Measure it on the
OUTSIDE... and measure it precisely back on the
INSIDE.
(Personally... I think that vehicular communications has
been the finest safety advancement since safety restraints
(safety belts & air-bags)).
