Try reloading the DVD drivers...If you don't have them on cd, you can download drivers from sony website. once you download drivers, reboot comp. see if that works...let me know.

The software playing the bluray disc (PowerDVD) will only play it on the primary display. You will have to set your tv to be your primary display in order to watch the movie.

This only happens with bluray and HD-DVD discs.

Hi,Looks like the OS is corrupted, but you can restore it by restoring to the previous date, for that you need the OS installation cd. Just insert the cd and wait for few munites to load files, then you will see the restoring option.Hope this helps, thanks for using fixya!

Do you have your router secured with a WEP key? if so, have you enter that key on your computer?

THis means that the operating system of this computer is already corrupted especially the boot manager. This is the file the requires your computer to boot up to windows. You can still use the computer but you need to reinstall the operating system again by using the recovery disk of the computer.
