How do i restart canon power shot a2000
The only thing you can do to restart a camera, is remove the battery and eventually, when it is out, you can recharge it. When you replace the battery, the internal program will start from scratch.
There is no such thing as a reset button. It is not a PC. Most camera's allow you to set back the settings you made till a certain grade. things like the language and time and date will always stay in the memory as it is.
No internal memory
Do you have a memory card in the camera? The camera won't let you see the internal memory if a memory card is installed.
Too bright when photos taken
you have a defective ribbon (broken) wire connecting the internal lens that is why you are getting greenish lines when taking outdoor shots or too bright subject.
Im not able to take photos on outdoor are in nature
the ribbon wire connecting to your (internal) camera lens is broke and needs ribbon wire replacement, that's the reason why you're getting an over exposed on outdoor shots, sometimes indoor shots too depending on the indoor lightings, you need to look for a competent digicam (service center) technicians.

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Windows Photo Gallery or
Picasa.
When I take a picture, display "blocked card"
Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.
