Your paper tray 1 paper lift motor is broken. You can still make copies from the bypass feed on the side. Switch machine of, open tray 1 slightly and load paper into bypass feed on the side of the machine. Remember to select the bypass as paper source by using the buttons under the screen or the properties of the printer driver. This is only a temporary solution, and you should contact your service centre for a replacement of the paper lift motor

u 16 usually refers to no developer installed. Open the front door and remove the waste container. Remove 1 screw and remove developer connector cover. Make sure plug id properly inserted. 2. Open side door loosen screw on drum developer unit on the front and pull drum developer unit out to the front of the machine. There is a small cable and plug on the developer unit close to the front spring. Make sure it is properly connected

sounds like you need to have a PM done to the machine. there is a PM counter and when it reaches the 120K it will stop till you have a tech clean it and replace parts ans reset the counter

are you using the original cartiage,if yes chek the toner moter

it means a voltage leak on the charge of the drum , change the charge crona unit on the drum and it will be finejohn0878118767

clean all jets. do demo print, remove carthrigers, clean nossels, then reinstall same,do another demo print,before deciding to re purchase.
