Obviously you have a paper jam somewhere. Probably one the right side, open all the covers and pull the paper out.

For copy jobs, clean the glass with a soft clean cloth, regularly, not just the 8.5 x 11 screen but the 11-inch x .5 inch strip that copies when using the document feeder. Print job: their is probably dirt or ink on the rolling parts. Q-tips are good for cleaning this up, careful, don't burn your fingers.

From right side of fax, open the toner door, remove the crg.unit, and look for paper, if not also from left side open the door and check for paper or broken parts in fixing unit.

Fixing Films are a real pain to replace....I would recomend having a qualified service tech perform this repair.

hmmm...that's a settings issue in the fax setup. perhaps it's receiving yet saving them somewhere odd. Check that first.
