Many Hunter fan manuals are available here: https://www.hunterfan.com/parts-manuals . I can't find a 20730-300. However, there is a manual for the 20730 ceiling fan. The direct link to the English version of the manual is currently https://s7d5.scene7.com/is/content/HunterFan/41343pdf . Hunter fans switches can be purchased at your local hardware store or directly online. The replacement of these switches are simple, as all you have to do, is remove the light kit (usually 3 screws on the sides) and you will see both light switch and the fans as well. disconnect the wires one by one and place each wire on the new switch. Re-install the light kit and you are done.

The problem is with the remote receiver attached to the fan body. It is a small device that acts as a remote switch and this is cradled in a pocket inside the ceiling fan itself. If you are handy, you can replace this device yourself. I believe you need to purchase a new kit from Lowes that comes with a matched transmitter and receiver for fan control.
